Description Delivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $200,000 grant over 2 years to run the Hoops and Hopes afterschool program during March and Summer breaks, host monthly online Community Village gatherings, and bi-weekly online wellness workshops for Black youth with experiences in the child welfare system in the Greater Toronto Area, creating a safe space and enhancing social connections.
