Chief Executive Officer

Katharine Bambrick was appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Trillium Foundation in 2017. In her role as CEO her mandate is to drive the strategic direction of the Foundation and lead a talented team across the province in their work to build healthy and vibrant communities.

Before joining OTF, Katharine was the Executive Director of Food Banks Canada which supports a network of 10 provincial associations and over 500 local food bank organizations. During her ten years at the helm of Food Banks Canada, she supported the organization through transformational change and significant growth enabling the organization to better achieve its mandate of relieving hunger in Canada every day.

Vice-President, Granting

In her role as Vice President, Granting Beth Puddicombe leads OTF’s strategic granting; overseeing support for potential applicants, assessment of applications, the OTF Support Centre, and support of grantees across the province in our Seed, Capital and, Grow Streams. Beth is a 2017-2018 member of the GEO Change Leaders in Philanthropy Fellowship.

Prior to joining the Ontario Trillium Foundation in 2002, Beth spent almost six years with the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship, Culture and Recreation working in community development.

Blair Dimock

Vice-President, Partnerships and Measurement

Blair leads Partnership Investments which support applicants and grantees to build their capacity and amplify their impact and Measurement, Evaluation and Business Intelligence at the Foundation.

Blair oversees the development and implementation of other provincial granting programs that align with the Foundation’s overall strategy and specifically the Youth Opportunities Fund and Local Poverty Reduction Fund.

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2006 Blair was Director of Strategic Planning and Research at TVOntario.

Ina Gutium

Vice-President, Operations

As Vice-President, Talent and Corporate Services, Ina is responsible for enhancing the corporate organizational processes and infrastructure that will allow OTF to continue to grow and fulfill its mission. Her role encompasses human resources & organizational development, finance, information technology, travel, and facilities management, while overseeing the Foundation’s budget allocation.

Prior to her joining in 2016, Ina was at the Unison Health and Community Services where she was the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development.
