DescriptionOur organization, with a $47,200 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 12 months, will recover and build its resiliency from impacts of COVID-19 by updating and improving organizational human resources to help retain experienced staff and better help youth and families experiencing homelessness in the community.
Grant resultDevelop and implement medium to long-term plans to address new organizational needs related to COVID-19 and/or prepare for change such as: revenue generation, strategic planning, research and development, and resource, knowledge and data sharing. (e.g., Organizational training and coaching, strategic planning and implementation, operational planning, reopening planning, develop fundraising plans, strategic planning for mergers, seek opportunities for public-private partnerships and social finance)
