DescriptionOur organization, with a $172,500 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 24 months, will build its resilience and sustainability by securing staff and expertise to develop and implement a strategic plan and provide training to Board members and staff to strengthen organizational capacity.
Grant resultDevelop and implement medium to long-term plans to address new organizational needs related to COVID-19 and/or prepare for change such as: revenue generation, strategic planning, research and development, and resource, knowledge and data sharing.
