Pride month is here!

Throughout June, the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) celebrates Pride Month and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, recognizing that diversity strengthens communities across Ontario.

Pride Month honours the achievements of 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and the organizations that support their communities year-round through programs that promote wellbeing, create connection and improve access to essential services.

The resilience of 2SLGBTQIA+ people is at the heart of Pride celebrations. Their courage and strength have blazed a trail for a more equal future. This month is a time to remember the progress that has been made for inclusion and acceptance and to keep that momentum moving forward.

Since 2015, OTF has invested more than $46 million in projects that benefit 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Our investments support Ontario’s diverse communities and help remove barriers, to build a more equitable Ontario, and create positive change. By funding programs that create safe, inclusive spaces and meet a range of needs, OTF supports a vibrant Ontario where everyone can thrive.
