DescriptionWith a grant of $749,900 over 60 months, this collaborative initiative will improve the system of supports in Toronto for young people in conflict with the law. It will improve the effectiveness of targeted reintegration supports and reduce recidivism through enhanced community partnerships, communications, improved knowledge and understanding of current services, collaborative case planning, and increased youth and community stakeholder involvement.
