DescriptionWith a grant of $1,000,000 over 48 months, this collaborative initiative will define and improve the pathways to care for Black youth who need mental health and addiction services in six Ontario cities. The collaborative will increase connections between sectors, redesign existing resource tools, and increase the capacity of agencies to deliver appropriate assistance to Black youth who need mental health and addiction services.
