DescriptionWith a grant of $1,248,000 over 60 months, this collaborative will strengthen the social service sector system for urban Indigenous youth. This collaborative wants to make it easier for a young Indigenous person to navigate and benefit from the services available to them, so they can be ready to pursue training and employment in the communities of Brantford, Hamilton, St. Catharine’s, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Fort Erie.
