DescriptionOur organization, with a $129,700 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 12 months, will rebuild and recover from impacts of COVID-19 by hiring a Project Manager to oversee the integration of an Electronic Medical Records system and implementation of the Dementia Talk app. Toronto FSA of Impact: M4R
