DescriptionOur organization, with a $69,800 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 12 months, will rebuild and recover from impacts of COVID-19 by employing a Community Outreach Coordinator to rebuild the COVID impacted dedicated services it previously provided to the most vulnerable population.
