DescriptionOur organization, with a $134,900 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 18 months, will recover and build its resiliency from impacts of COVID-19 by hiring staff to assist teens with developmental disabilities to actively participate in community activities and connect with peers through facilitated group and individual learning experiences.
