DescriptionWith a grant of $545,200 over 36 months, this collaborative will strengthen the service delivery system for youth who are at risk of, or are currently experiencing, homelessness in Leamington. It will provide a one-stop, “no wrong door” approach to keep youth connected to the community and enable young people to navigate and access needed services.
