DescriptionDelivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $255,000 grant over 36 months to address the adverse effects of poverty and cultural barriers by providing young Black women in Ottawa with opportunities to creatively develop and express themselves, effectively communicate, exemplify practical life skills and lead in their communities. Black young women will access a three phased component, bi-weekly program sessions that promotes empowerment, creative expression and release, and practical life skills through mentorship
