DescriptionDelivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $254,900 grant over 36 months for a photography program, designed for marginalized Black boys and girls from the Regent Park community of Toronto that cultivates a safe space to build meaningful relationships with each other and the community through art. Annually, two cycles of programming will be offered to a group of young men and a group of young women. The activities held at Shoot For Peace will consist of weekly workshops, fields trips, projects and the program will culminate in an open art exhibition, for each cycle of participants
