DescriptionDelivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $255,000 grant over 36 months to strengthen Indigenous youth's connection with their identity and culture. A series of workshops, summer camps and mentorships will generate a youth-led cultural revitalization providing Indigenous women, girls and two-spirit people living in Simcoe County, Beausoleil First Nation, Moraviantown, Aamjiwnaang and surrounding communities with intensive, land-based training for traditional hide tanning skills, teachings and responsibilities
