DescriptionOur organization, with a $100,000 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 12 months, will rebuild and recover from impacts of COVID-19 by hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to clients, particularly individuals with mental health, physical health and addictions challenges.
