DescriptionOur organization, with a $78,500 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 12 months, will rebuild and recover from impacts of COVID-19 by developing a financial sustainability and promotional plan, and providing virtual one-on-one support and peer activities for individuals experiencing disability.
