DescriptionOur organization, with a $162,700 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 18 months, will recover and build its resiliency from impacts of COVID-19 by hiring expertise to develop a strategic plan informed by rigorous organizational evaluation and in-depth community assessment and establishing a sustainable fundraising program.
Grant resultDevelop and implement medium to long-term plans to address new organizational needs related to COVID-19 and/or prepare for change such as: revenue generation, strategic planning, research and development, and resource, knowledge and data sharing.
