DescriptionDelivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $255,000 grant over 3 years to to assist with staffing and programs costs to create a safe space to share stories of trauma and its negative effects on mental health, provide an opportunity to learn how to overcome the cultural stigmas of mental health, learn self-care techniques, and increase access to applicable resources and mental health care professionals for Black parents, caregivers and guardians in the North York, Vaughan and Beaches communities.
