DescriptionOur organization, with a $36,600 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 6 months, will recover and build its resiliency from impacts of COVID-19 by investing in appropriate training for our staff and volunteers and expanding our services to better serve the community.
Grant resultProvide supports to staff and volunteers to adapt to organizational changes related to COVID-19. (e.g., Mental and physical health and wellbeing supports, peer learning, professional development, networking), Expand previously adapted programs and services to meet the changing needs of the community because of COVID-19. (e.g., Continue program/service previously adapted to meet needs arising from COVID-19, scale access to program/service previously adapted to meet needs arising from COVID-19, continue programs meeting a community need arising from COVID-19, improve quality of programs already being delivered)
