DescriptionOur organization, with a $15,000 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 12 months, will recover and build its resiliency from impacts of COVID-19 by securing expertise to work with Board and staff to develop strong and effective governance and organizational planning for long term sustainability.
Grant resultDevelop and implement medium to long-term plans to address new organizational needs related to COVID-19 and/or prepare for change such as: revenue generation, strategic planning, research and development, and resource, knowledge and data sharing. (e.g., Organizational training and coaching, strategic planning and implementation, operational planning, reopening planning, develop fundraising plans, strategic planning for mergers, seek opportunities for public-private partnerships and social finance)
