DescriptionOur organization, with a $14,900 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 6 months, will recover and build its resiliency from impacts of COVID-19 by securing expertise to create Strategic and Implementation Plans that will guide our services to the community over the next three years.
Grant resultDevelop and implement medium to long-term plans to address new organizational needs related to COVID-19 and/or prepare for change such as: revenue generation, strategic planning, research and development, and resource, knowledge and data sharing. (e.g., Organizational training and coaching, strategic planning and implementation, operational planning, reopening planning, develop fundraising plans, strategic planning for mergers, seek opportunities for public-private partnerships and social finance)
