DescriptionOur organization, with a $25,000 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 6 months, will build its resilience and sustainability by engaging expertise to help increase fundraising capacity and develop a long-term strategy to support our organizational goals and priorities.
Grant resultDevelop and implement medium to long-term plans to address new organizational needs related to COVID-19 and/or prepare for change such as: revenue generation, strategic planning, research and development, and resource, knowledge and data sharing. (e.g., Organizational training and coaching, strategic planning and implementation, operational planning, reopening planning, develop fundraising plans, strategic planning for mergers, seek opportunities for public-private partnerships and social finance)
