DescriptionDelivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $499,500 grant over 4 years to assist with staffing and program costs to scale up the delivery of land-based food and medicine and provide focused peer-support programming through virtual and in-person learning opportunities for Femme, Queer, and urban/displaced Indigenous youth age 17-29 in Greater Toronto, Hamilton and Six Nations areas, providing safe spaces to affirm their belonging and learn traditional skills to pass on to future generations.
