DescriptionOur organization, with a $67,500 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 12 months, will build its resilience and sustainability by launching a new social enterprise that generates revenue for our work and provides paid employment to youth accessing our services.
Grant resultDevelop and implement medium to long-term plans to address new organizational needs related to COVID-19 and/or prepare for change such as: revenue generation, strategic planning, research and development, and resource, knowledge and data sharing. (e.g., Organizational training and coaching, strategic planning and implementation, operational planning, reopening planning, develop fundraising plans, strategic planning for mergers, seek opportunities for public-private partnerships and social finance)
