DescriptionOur organization, with a $48,300 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 18 months, will build its resilience and sustainability by planning and implementing revenue generating strategies to ensure sustainability and expanding on community-based workshop options to boost annual registration income.
Grant resultDevelop and implement medium to long-term plans to address new organizational needs related to COVID-19 and/or prepare for change such as: revenue generation, strategic planning, research and development, and resource, knowledge and data sharing. (e.g., Organizational training and coaching, strategic planning and implementation, operational planning, reopening planning, develop fundraising plans, strategic planning for mergers, seek opportunities for public-private partnerships and social finance), Expand previously adapted programs and services to meet the changing needs of the community because of COVID-19. (e.g., Continue program/service previously adapted to meet needs arising from COVID-19, scale access to program/service previously adapted to meet needs arising from COVID-19, continue programs meeting a community need arising from COVID-19, improve quality of programs already being delivered)
