DescriptionOur organization, with a $96,500 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 18 months, will build its resilience and sustainability by acquiring expertise to develop a comprehensive strategic and staff retention plan that will support our future growth and expansion.
Grant resultDevelop and implement medium to long-term plans to address new organizational needs related to COVID-19 and/or prepare for change such as: revenue generation, strategic planning, research and development, and resource, knowledge and data sharing.
