DescriptionDelivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $476,200 grant over 4 years to design and deliver a 35-Week Youth Mentorship Program that provides academic, emotional, and social support for Black youth aged 13 to 21 living in Rexdale, Toronto, and surrounding communities, aiming to increase their knowledge of community organizations, summer employment and volunteer opportunities and help them navigate their academic school year.
