DescriptionOur organization, with a $49,900 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 12 months, will build its resilience and sustainability by hiring a part-time staff to create and execute a strategic plan to attract and retain volunteers and meet the demand for our programs.
Grant resultDevelop and implement medium to long-term plans to address new organizational needs related to COVID-19 and/or prepare for change such as: revenue generation, strategic planning, research and development, and resource, knowledge and data sharing. (e.g., Organizational training and coaching, strategic planning and implementation, operational planning, reopening planning, develop fundraising plans, strategic planning for mergers, seek opportunities for public-private partnerships and social finance)
