DescriptionOur organization, with a $74,600 Resilient Communities Fund grant over 18 months, will build its resilience and sustainability by enhancing supports for adults with developmental disabilities through person-centered planning, training, technology and community engagement.
Grant resultProvide supports to staff and volunteers to adapt to organizational changes related to COVID-19. (e.g., Mental and physical health and wellbeing supports, peer learning, professional development, networking), Expand previously adapted programs and services to meet the changing needs of the community because of COVID-19. (e.g., Continue program/service previously adapted to meet needs arising from COVID-19, scale access to program/service previously adapted to meet needs arising from COVID-19, continue programs meeting a community need arising from COVID-19, improve quality of programs already being delivered)
