Delivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $65,700 grant over 11 months to address the isolation of new Canadians with developmental disabilities, increasing access to local services. Building inclusive and engaged communities together, this initiative is helping people who are isolated have connections in their community, and has an impact on the lives of 250 people in the community.

Delivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $52,200 grant over 10 months to hire a coordinator to implement an empowerment program for youth with Epilepsy . Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative is helping children and youth who are facing barriers develop strong emotional and social skills, and has an impact on the lives of  80 people in the community.

Enriching people’s lives through arts, culture and heritage, this initiative is helping access to arts-based learning opportunities and compelling artistic, cultural and heritage experiences, and has an impact on the lives of  1,000 people in the community.

Delivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $74,800 grant over 12 months to assist with staffing and equipment costs to pilot a portable, downtown visual arts gallery. Enriching people’s lives through arts, culture and heritage, this initiative is helping access to arts-based learning opportunities and compelling artistic, cultural and heritage experiences, and has an impact on the lives of 4,000 people in the community.

Delivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $42,700 grant over 5 months to conduct a feasibility study supporting youth employment for recent university/college graduates called the Innovation Agent. Enhancing people’s economic wellbeing, this initiative is helping people become and stay employed, and has an impact on the lives of 200 people in the community.

Delivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $17,500 grant over 12 months to create learning opportunities for youth to be environmental leaders in their school community. Encouraging people to support a healthy and sustainable environment, this initiative is helping people connect with the environment and understand their impact on it, and has an impact on the lives of  500 people in the community.

Enhancing people’s economic wellbeing, this initiative is helping people have the skills and knowledge to achieve greater financial independence, and has an impact on the lives of  10,000 people in the community.
