Enhancing people’s economic wellbeing, this initiative is helping people who are economically vulnerable be able to meet their basic needs, and has an impact on the lives of 12,000 people in the community.

Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative is helping children and youth who are facing barriers develop strong emotional and social skills, and has an impact on the lives of 50 people in the community.

Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative is helping youth facing barriers volunteer and are in leadership roles, and has an impact on the lives of  5,400 people in the community.

Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative is helping youth be involved in creating solutions for challenges facing their communities, and has an impact on the lives of  1,500 people in the community.

Enhancing people’s economic wellbeing, this initiative is helping people become and stay employed, and has an impact on the lives of 5,100 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $254,600 grant over 35 months to establish stormwater management program and rain gardens at Hamilton schools. Encouraging people to support a healthy and sustainable environment, this initiative is helping people connect with the environment and understand their impact on it, and has an impact on the lives of 1,350 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $440,000 grant over 36 months to strengthen Newmarket and East Gwillimbury communities through celebrations of diversity. Enriching people’s lives through arts, culture and heritage, this initiative is helping people be engaged in community-based arts creation, and has an impact on the lives of  18,000 people in the community.

Enriching people’s lives through arts, culture and heritage, this initiative is helping the transfer of skills and knowledge to the next generation of artistic leaders, and has an impact on the lives of 1,500 people in the community.
