Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative is helping youth facing barriers volunteer and are in leadership roles, and has an impact on the lives of  2,730 people in the community.

Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative is helping parents, caregivers and adult allies have the skills to support children and youth who are facing barriers, and has an impact on the lives of 320 people in the community.

Fostering more active lifestyles, this initiative is helping programs be safe, inclusive, and fair, and has an impact on the lives of 6,500 people in the community.

Building inclusive and engaged communities together, this initiative is helping people who are marginalized take on leadership roles in their communities, and has an impact on the lives of  1,300 people in the community.

Enhancing people’s economic wellbeing, this initiative is helping people become and stay employed, and has an impact on the lives of 678 people in the community.

Enriching people’s lives through arts, culture and heritage, this initiative is helping access to arts-based learning opportunities and compelling artistic, cultural and heritage experiences, and has an impact on the lives of  8,150 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $600,000 grant over 30 months to engage neighbourhoods in three communities to build retrofits, preventing stormwaters/pollution. Encouraging people to support a healthy and sustainable environment, this initiative is helping people and resource users take deliberate actions to benefit the environment, and has an impact on the lives of  3,000 people in the community.
