Fostering more active lifestyles, this initiative is helping Ontarians participate in an active lifestyle, and has an impact on the lives of 160 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $273,200 grant over 36 months to launch a community leadership program that inspires and encourages collaboration. Building inclusive and engaged communities together, this initiative is helping people have a say in shaping the services and programs that matter to them, and has an impact on the lives of 5,000 people in the community.

Enhancing people’s economic wellbeing, this initiative is helping people have the skills and knowledge to achieve greater financial independence, and has an impact on the lives of 120 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $190,500 grant over 34 months to implement the Family Concert Experience, engaging families in symphony concerts/activities. Enriching people’s lives through arts, culture and heritage, this initiative is helping access to arts-based learning opportunities and compelling artistic, cultural and heritage experiences, and has an impact on the lives of 5,000 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $547,400 grant over 35 months to expand/pilot new fitness initiative for 55+ with range in mobility. Fostering more active lifestyles, this initiative is helping Ontarians participate in an active lifestyle, and has an impact on the lives of  1,784 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $750,000 grant over 36 months to empower First Nations/Inuit/Métis young people to engage in science/technology programs. Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative is helping children and youth who are facing barriers develop strong emotional and social skills, and has an impact on the lives of  12,000 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $100,000 grant over 24 months to grow Uptown Thrift, a social enterprise creating employment for youth. Enhancing people’s economic wellbeing, this initiative is helping people who are economically vulnerable be able to meet their basic needs, and has an impact on the lives of 50 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $234,100 grant over 36 months to provide early literacy intervention and increase motivation for struggling readers. Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative is helping parents, caregivers and adult allies have the skills to support children and youth who are facing barriers, and has an impact on the lives of 180 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $150,000 grant over 36 months to provide for staffing/program costs, expanding programs for 10 to 12-year-olds. Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative is helping children and youth who are facing barriers develop strong emotional and social skills, and has an impact on the lives of 450 people in the community.
