Ina Gutium joined Ontario Trillium Foundation in July 2016 as its first Chief Talent Officer. In her current role as Vice-President, Talent and Corporate Services, Ina is responsible for enhancing the corporate organizational processes and infrastructure that will allow OTF to continue to grow and fulfill its mission. Her role encompasses human resources & organizational development, finance, information technology, travel, and facilities management, while overseeing the Foundation’s budget allocation.

Ina comes to OTF from Unison Health and Community Services where she was the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development.  At Unison she built the human resource & organization development OD from the ground up and was instrumental in the successful post-merger integration of York Community Services and New Heights Community Health Centres into Unison Health and Community Services. The biggest challenge was to bring together two organizations with distinct cultures and different ways of working. The various human resource and organizational development initiatives she designed helped build a unified, strong culture. 

Prior to getting into Human Resources she was the Founder of an International non-governmental organization in Moldova that focussed on catalyzing grassroots democracy. 

She has an MBA specializing in Human Resources from Grenoble Graduate School of Business (France). She is a Certified Human Resources Leader and she has completed Organizational Development Certificate Program from Institute of Organizational Development. 

Ina is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Vaughan Community Health Centre and was previously on the Board of Kids Come First.
