Delivering a project at the idea or conceptual stage with a $50,200 grant over 12 months to pilot cooking, computer skills and other programs to reduce social isolation among low-income, multicultural seniors. Building inclusive and engaged communities together, this initiative is helping people who are isolated have connections in their community, and has an impact on the lives of 3,500 people in the community.
