Enriching people’s lives through arts, culture and heritage, this initiative is helping people be engaged in community-based arts creation, and has an impact on the lives of 11,300 people in the community.

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $248,000 grant over 35 months to develop a community-based Coastal Stewardship plan that supports the sustainability of Lake Huron. Encouraging people to support a healthy and sustainable environment, this initiative is helping people connect with the environment and understand their impact on it, and has an impact on the lives of 5,000 people in the community.

$500,000 over 30 months

Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $500,000 grant over 30 months to assist with staff salaries, training and construction costs involved with the Centre's expansion. Building inclusive and engaged communities together, this initiative is helping people who are isolated have connections in their community, and has an impact on the lives of  4,500 people in the community.
