To build the organizational capacity of environment sector organizations province-wide by providing management training workshops, organizational development projects, and learning and networking forums. To create an online training program and internship for women who have been victims of violence. The program will build participants' leadership, analytical and facilitation skills as they engage with organizations that work to eradicate violence against women.
