This report surveyed the status of mentorship in the arts and cultural sector in Canada. It outlines the benefits of mentoring and ways of designing mentorship programs. Of particular interest to organizations might be the comprehensive bibliography of resources on mentoring, or the section on program design, which addresses not only mentoring generally, but also common challenges such as planning, approaches to mentoring, rural vs urban communities.
