To provide more intensive support and mentoring on board governance, volunteer management, partnerships and evidence-based service delivery to at least four culturally-based organizations who have reached an appropriate stage in their development to be able to scale up their organization and activities. Funding would offset the cost of a part-time coordinator and provide seed funding to implement new evidence-based programs and services for youth and single family homes.
