Delivering a project that builds on the success of a proven model or program with a $149,200 grant over 26 months to help integrate isolated Russian and Punjabi speakers through increased awareness and information dissemination. Building inclusive and engaged communities together, this initiative is helping people who are isolated have connections in their community, and has an impact on the lives of 1,600 people in the community.
