Building inclusive and engaged communities together, this initiative is helping people who are isolated have connections in their community, and has an impact on the lives of  63,042 people in the community.

Enhancing people’s economic wellbeing, this initiative is helping people who are economically vulnerable be able to meet their basic needs, and has an impact on the lives of  43,617 people in the community.

Enriching people’s lives through arts, culture and heritage, this initiative is helping the transfer of skills and knowledge to the next generation of artistic leaders, and has an impact on the lives of  400 people in the community.

Supporting the positive development of children and youth, this initiative is helping children and youth who are facing barriers develop strong emotional and social skills, and has an impact on the lives of  200 people in the community.

Encouraging people to support a healthy and sustainable environment, this initiative is helping people connect with the environment and understand their impact on it, and has an impact on the lives of  2,000 people in the community.
