To hire a resource developer to plan and implement strategies to ensure the success of an after-school program for youth in grades 6 to 9 in West Lincoln. The program offers youth a place to meet where they can participate in constructive activities, meet new friends and build a social network that will help reduce feelings of isolation and discourage at-risk behaviours.

To engage youths through a mentoring program to help students transitioning to a new school cope with the demands of new surroundings and responsibilities in Port Colborne. The project will focus on recruiting, training and matching youths with a mentor. Priority will be given to youth at risk and youth with disabilities.

To install energy efficient lighting and a commercial oven and exhaust ventilation in the kitchen of this St. Catharines cultural facility frequently used by music groups, youth education, women's groups and others for cultural nights, art exhibitions, movie nights, folk dancing, computer training, lectures, and community fundraisers.

To upgrade the organization's website to make it accessible to all and purchase video conferencing and computer equipment to deliver cost-efficient and interactive training sessions to their staff and clients.
