To increase community support and participation at this Haldimand organization through enhanced volunteer recruitment, additional events and increased fundraising. To facilitate this work, a full-time Events and Facilities Coordinator will be hired.

To pilot an innovative project that will provide peer support to families currently on wait lists for Child and Family Counseling in the City of Brantford and County of Brant. This grant will allow the model to be evaluated so this evidence can be factored into future funding decisions for local children's services.

To repair the elevator and replace the roof over the hall's kitchen, ensuring that this community space can continue to be used by local groups for recreation programs and for a breakfast program which serves the neighbouring elementary school.

To increase access to high quality track and field facilities in Brantford by contributing to the Kiwanis Field project. Funds will be used to build an eight lane rubberized track which will be used for community and school sports. This will assist in attracting major tournaments and sporting events to the area.
