To increase safety for players, spectators and community residents living near this well-used baseball diamond at Harry Misner Memorial Park in Port Dover. The existing backstop and fencing at first- and third-base will be replaced and enlarged. A lawn tractor will be provided to volunteers so that they can maintain the site.

To build awareness of aboriginal culture for children and youth at Six Nations schools through the production of books and electronic resources depicting culturally relevant stories. The books will be illustrated by Six Nations youth and made available in Cayuga and Mohawk. These books will help youth achieve a strong sense of cultural identity.
