To hire an arts coordinator to lead staff and local residents in the creation of an arts cooperative, which would increase the regional profile of the arts and craft sector and unify the artists of Wikwemikong. Manitoulin Island's Wikwemikong is home to reknowned artists whose work is shown in galleries across Canada however there is no recognized local voice or marketing presence for artists.
