To buy sports equipment for a new novice sledge hockey program, multi-sport equipment for new programming in Mississauga and Oakville, throwing chairs for track and field, and three adjustable wheelchairs for the basketball program. The new equipment will allow more potential members to participate.

To increase the organization's capacity, sustainability and visibility by hiring staff and developing new programs and activities in preparation for 2014 World Pride, the 400th Anniversary of Samuel de Champlain and the 2015 Pan /ParaPan American Games. The organization serves the Francophone LGBTQ community in Toronto, providing all programs and activities in French.

To provide staff, travel and program supports to I Am A Kind Man (Kizhaay Anishinaabe Niin). Created by Aboriginal men, this program reconnects First Nations' men to their traditional roles and engages them in speaking out against violence and abuse of Aboriginal women. The organization will expand programming in Windsor Essex and gather data to demonstrate impact and attract funders.

To increase civic leadership and political participation of visible minorities and newcomers in the city's political process. A project manager will be hired to refine curriculum, implement workshops and a learning exchange, and to develop an e-learning option. The organization will work closely with the Maytree Foundation, School4Civics, Elect More Women, and Operation Vote.

To support staffing and program costs to develop and deliver programming to better serve Chinese seniors throughout Windsor and Essex county. A manual on best practices in outreach to isolated populations that includes resources for family and caregivers will be compiled and shared with other groups serving seniors from culturally diverse communities.
