C2Y is a collaborative initiative in which youth will receive leadership and anti-oppression training through a theatre arts-based process that prepare them to develop and deliver workshops for staff at shelters, child welfare agencies and group homes.

To hire two local coordinators to expand a mentorship program for children and youth from First Nations, Métis or Inuit, rural and remote communities. Children and youth will be able to participate in culturally sensitive science, technology, engineering and math programming across Ontario with a goal of increasing their interest in pursuing post-secondary education within these fields.

To create a Social Enterprise Advisors and Coaching program for the not-for-profit sector in London and Middlesex by engaging a social enterprise coach, and creating videos of social enterprise models and a map of the region's social enterprises. The sector will be able to launch successful social enterprises, create new jobs and generate revenue to sustain the work.
