Applying for OTF funding happens in two stages: registering your organization and then submitting a grant application. Why two stages? Because we want to make sure your organization is eligible before you spend time submitting an application.
In all cases, OTF wants you to have enough time to both register your profile with us (or update your existing profile with OTF) and submit a grant application – so please review the deadlines below.
Already registered with OTF? You are welcome to update your profile information at any time, except during the three weeks leading up to each application deadline. During this window, you will not be able to submit a registration or edit your organization profile. Why? Because we need time to verify any new information on a registration before you can proceed with an application. And we want to make sure you have enough time to submit an application after we confirm your eligibility.
Once you submit your organization registration or update your profile information, OTF will confirm within 10 business days whether your registration has been accepted and if you are eligible to apply.
