Tracy is the Chief Executive Officer of Carizon Family and Community Services. Carizon is a non-profit organization in Waterloo Region whose mission is to improve the future of individuals and families through supportive, therapeutic and preventative programs.
Prior to joining Carizon, Tracy worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at KidsAbility Centre for Child Development. She also acted as a consultant for small and mid-sized companies and worked for Deloitte in its national office, regulatory consulting and audit practices.
Tracy is an active volunteer in her community. She served for 13 years on the Grand River Hospital Board of Directors, including two years as Chair. Tracy also served as Chair of the Waterloo Hospitals Collaborative Committee, a body that explores integration opportunities between the three acute care hospitals in Waterloo Region, and as a Board member of Peel Memorial Hospital.
She is a partner in Social Venture Partners Waterloo Region, an organization that works to strengthen non-profits and tackle community-wide social challenges.
